Start a lifting business
ArmorThane makes the foam, builds the rigs and trains the crews. You bring the hustle. No franchise fees, no territory license — just the materials, equipment and support to lift concrete in your market.
Why lifting
Driveways, sidewalks, pool decks, garage floors, warehouse slabs, city walks. Settled concrete is everywhere, replacement is slow and expensive, and most owners would rather keep the slab they have.
Trip hazards, drainage problems and curb appeal bring homeowners, realtors and property managers to you year after year.
Most residential lifts are a few hours for one or two people. No forms, no mixers, no 28-day cure.
Concrete, foundation repair, spray foam and coatings companies add lifting to the same customers they already serve.
The startup package
Heated plural-component proportioner, heated hose, injection gun with lifting adapters, generator and air — built into a trailer or box truck.
Lift 200 for residential slabs and Lift 300 for heavy commercial and industrial work, shipped from Springfield.
Reading a slab, drilling patterns, injection and lift monitoring, patching, plus rig start-up and maintenance.
Applicator portal access with marketing materials, design tools and technical guides.
Technical help from the team that formulates the foam and builds the equipment.
Equipment financing through ArmorThane’s finance partners, subject to approval.
The foam
Residential
2.50 lb/ft³
Two-component, closed-cell, water-blown rigid slab-jacking foam for patios, driveways, sidewalks and steps.
Commercial & industrial
3.75 lb/ft³
Higher-density slab-jacking foam that gives powerful, steady lift and longer-lasting support under heavy dead loads.

No. ArmorThane sells materials and equipment and provides training and support. There are no franchise fees and no protected-territory license to buy.
A heated plural-component proportioner, heated hose, an injection gun with lifting adapters, a generator and air compressor, drills, and a trailer or box truck to carry it all. ArmorThane builds complete rigs and can match one to your budget and market.
ArmorFoam Lift 200 (about 2.5 lb/ft³) covers most residential work — driveways, sidewalks, patios and steps. ArmorFoam Lift 300 (about 3.75 lb/ft³) is built for heavier commercial and industrial slabs.
It helps, but it is not required. Many lifting businesses start as an add-on to concrete, foundation repair, spray foam or coatings companies. Training covers reading a slab, injection patterns, lift monitoring and rig maintenance.
Ask us. Equipment financing options are available through ArmorThane's finance partners, subject to approval.
That mostly depends on your rig build and training dates. Fill out the form and we will give you a realistic timeline for your situation.
